A white motor yacht underway on clear blue water

Half of every yacht lives underwater.

The finish you see from the dock, and the hull you never do.

What the sea leaves behind

From the dock, the finish looks fine. Under the boot stripe, the water has been working on the hull every day the boat has sat still.

Marine growth covering submerged metal

−1.4 m · Marine growth

It settles quietly

Weed, film and shell take hold on any surface that stays submerged and still. None of it shows from the deck.

The view owners never get

Every survey starts here, with someone in the water looking at the hull you only see when the boat is hauled.

Small, then not

Growth is easiest to remove early, before it has time to bond.

  1. Inspect We look at the whole hull, above and below the line, before anything is touched.
  2. Clean Growth, film and salt come off first.
  3. Correct Oxidation and a clouded finish are worked back by machine and by hand.
  4. Protect The finished surface is sealed so it stays this way longer.

Measured in reflections

A restored hull should show the marina back to you. The sky, the dock lines and the next boat over, sharp to the edge.

That standard runs to the small parts too: the fittings, the rails, the places guests touch. If it can reflect, we finish it until it does.

Four kinds of work, one line between them

Every vessel gets a different mix. Choose a service to see where it happens on the hull.
